        Mark S. Duffy is a Mobile Notary Signing Agent who has been in the loan and mortgage industry for over 20 years. As the Head Broker, and one of the founders/owners, of Dow Capital Funding, Inc., I am familiar with all the players and the fundamentals of residential and commercial loan closings.

 

I understand the crucial role the Loan Signing Agent plays as the final representative of the lender, the title company and the broker. I make sure everything gets signed correctly, and that  your clients are satisfied.
